School Board Goals:  2007-2008
 

• Continue to work with the Superintendent in recognizing and reinforcing staff goals and their achievements.
   

• Review Strategic Plan
   

• Review Board Operating Principles
   

• Reassess Board Director boundaries and discuss the issue at the December, March and June regular board meetings.
   

• School Board members will take time to meet the teachers, and tour the schools at all levels: Elementary, Middle, High School and the NYC school.
   

• School Board members will be offered the opportunity and encouraged to attend the fall WSSDA conference.
   

• The board will examine ways to increase public attendance at board meetings.
